Challenge from Lady Shaman

Come to be our guest to the reindeer farm. Lady Shaman will challenge you to try your best with the reindeers. After nice day in fresh air with reindeers you will enjoy delicious dinner with us.

Program during the visit:
We start with playful competition where you try what it is to be reindeer herder. You will tackle your reindeer and enjoy the drive after doing that. You will learn to throw Suopunki (lasso) and you'll learn how to read ear mark from reindeer.

After challenge the Lady Shaman will visit and tell fascinating stories.

Your visit will be crown by delicious dinner.

Dinner  includes: Reindeer pasta+ fried salmon and potatoes, afters coffee, Finnish squeaky cheese and cloudberries.
Drinks: milk/water/homemade juice and bread

Lady Shaman's reindeer driving

Come to snowy Kuusamo and receive your very own reindeer driving licence. You’ll get to know the reindeers and all about reindeer herding. Enjoy a coffee by the open fire in Kammi and hear stories from Lady Shaman.

Program during the visit:
You will drive a sledge pulled by reindeers along a 400 meter or 1,5 km long track. After that we’ll go to a fenced paddock where there are more reindeers which you can feed. After we have feed the reindeers, we’ll go to Kammi where an open fire will be waiting. By the fire we’ll enjoy coffee and pastries. You’ll hear stories and the truth about reindeers and reindeer herding. Lady Shaman will take you to fascinating world of stories.
