Come to snowy Kuusamo and receive your very own reindeer driving licence. You’ll get to know the reindeers and all about reindeer herding. Enjoy a coffee by the open fire in Kammi and hear stories.
Program during the visit: You will drive a sledge pulled by reindeers along a 300 meter or 1,5 km long track. After that we’ll go to a fenced paddock where there are more reindeers which you can feed. After we have feed the reindeers, we’ll go to Kammi where an open fire will be waiting. By the fire we’ll enjoy coffee and pastries. You’ll hear stories and the truth about reindeers and reindeer herding. At the end of your visit, you can try how hard it is to catch the reindeer with a suopunki (lasso).
